Hi, I’am 40 something Aussie female, living in North America for the last decade. I have started this blog to help me write-out (for lack of a better word) my problems to with the purpose of healing.
I am also doing a bit of travelling, so I hope to keep this blog as a journal of those stories as well as my mental health journey as well!
I am unable to work at the moment due to my mental health problems which have seemed to gotten worse as I have grown older, probably due to the fact I have tried to be tough and suppress them so I can get on with life. Therefore this blog is a way of giving me something to do, and to get me back into writing as I used to have such big dreams of being a novelist.
